Honestly compared

Three ways to run fifty doors.Only one of them is built here.

Twelve things a Philippine property business actually needs — not adjectives, features — and which of the three ways carries them. We have not named anybody: the categories are honest and the names would go stale.

Every tick below is running code you can open in a live demonstration, today, without signing up.

What only this one carries

  • GCash, Maya, QR Ph and 7-Eleven cash
  • Payroll with SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG
  • A front desk and the channels, one product
  • Flat pesos — never a share of what you collect

Where a row says partly it means the job gets done but not by one product: a spreadsheet and a group chat can hold a gate log until the day somebody edits it, and imported software can carry a front desk if you buy a second subscription for it.

Whichever you are on now

Moving is the part we do for you.

Free on every plan, up to fifty properties, loaded before your first login.

Coming from a spreadsheet

You send it, we load it, and the arithmetic stops being yours.

How the move works →
Coming from a notebook at the gate

The logbook becomes a record nothing edits, with pages you can have stamped.

How the move works →
Coming from other software

Export theirs, send it, keep your history — and ours exports on any day too.

How the move works →

Six months to decide, and nothing to sign.

Every module switched on, no card taken — and if we are wrong for you, the export button works on the way out too.

Monday to Saturday, 8am – 7pm Philippine time.

Write whenever suits you — a person answers, in your hours.
