Cookie notice

This notice explains what the websites operated by Web and Cloud Innovation Ltd ("we") store in your browser, and why. It covers the public website at premises.ph and the application at addresses ending in .premises.ph.

1The Short Version

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. Reading the pages of the public website sets no cookie. A cookie is set only when you do something that needs one: open or use the chat, send a form, or pick a currency. The application sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and to keep forms safe, and nothing else.

2Cookies On The Public Website

A visitor who only reads pages receives no cookie.

When you open or use the chat, two cookies are set. PHPSESSID is a session cookie: it holds a random identifier and nothing about you, and it ends when you close the browser. prm_chat holds a random number that lets the chat find your conversation again if you come back; it lasts thirty (30) days. What the conversation itself contains, and how long it is kept, is in the Website and customer privacy notice.

When you send a form (sign-up, support), the site uses the same PHPSESSID session cookie so it can check that the form you send is the form it gave you. It holds a random identifier and nothing about you, and it ends when you close the browser.

If you pick a currency for the prices, a cookie named cur remembers your choice (for example PHP) for one year. It holds the three letters of the currency and nothing else.

If you are shown a preview of an unpublished page, a preview cookie records that you have the key, for thirty (30) days. It holds no personal data.

3What The Public Website Keeps In Your Browser's Storage

Browser storage is not a cookie and is never sent to us, but it is kept on your device, so it is listed here too.

prm_chat_mute (local storage, until you clear it) remembers that you turned the chat's sound off.

prm_chat_closed (session storage, until you close the tab) remembers that you closed the chat, so it does not open itself again on the next page.

prm_site (local storage, until you clear it) remembers which of the two websites you chose with the link at the foot of every page — yourpremises.com or premises.ph — so that you are not sent to the other one. Until you choose, the site reads your device's time zone, there and then, to send you to the one for your country; the time zone is not stored or sent anywhere.

premises-fresh-at and premises-fresh-reloaded (session storage, until you close the tab) record when the page last checked for a newer version of the site, so that an old copy is replaced once and never in a loop.

4Cookies In The Application

Session cookie: keeps you signed in. It is marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite, which means scripts cannot read it, it travels only over HTTPS, and other websites cannot make your browser send it. It is replaced every time you sign in.

Form token: a random value that proves a form was sent from our own page. It lives inside the session and is not a separate cookie.

Remember-this-device: if you choose it at the two-factor step, a cookie records that this device has already shown a code recently. It is bound to your account and expires by itself.

5What We Do Not Do

We do not fingerprint browsers, we do not share cookie data with anybody, and we do not read cookies set by other sites. We keep no record of which pages of the public website you visited beyond the ordinary web-server log described in the Website and customer privacy notice.

6Your Choices

You can clear or block cookies and browser storage at any time. The public website will keep working; the chat will start a new conversation, and the prices will show in the default currency. The application will not be able to keep you signed in, because the session cookie is how it knows who you are.

7Changes

If we ever add a cookie that is not described here, this notice changes first, and the date at the top changes with it.
