This notice explains what the websites operated by Web and Cloud Innovation Ltd ("we") store in your browser, and why. It covers the public website at premises.ph and the application at addresses ending in .premises.ph.
1The Short Version
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. The public website sets no cookie at all until you send a form. The application sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and to keep forms safe, and nothing else.
2Cookies On The Public Website
A visitor who only reads pages receives no cookie.
When you open a form (sign-up, support), the site starts a short-lived session so it can check that the form you send is the form it gave you. That session cookie holds a random identifier and nothing about you. It expires when you close the browser.
If you are shown a preview of an unpublished page, a preview cookie records that you have the key. It holds no personal data.
3Cookies In The Application
Session cookie: keeps you signed in. It is marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite, which means scripts cannot read it, it travels only over HTTPS, and other websites cannot make your browser send it. It is replaced every time you sign in.
Form token: a random value that proves a form was sent from our own page. It lives inside the session and is not a separate cookie.
Remember-this-device: if you choose it at the two-factor step, a cookie records that this device has already shown a code recently. It is bound to your account and expires by itself.
4What We Do Not Do
We do not fingerprint browsers, we do not share cookie data with anybody, and we do not read cookies set by other sites. We keep no record of which pages of the public website you visited beyond the ordinary web-server log described in the Privacy Notice.
5Your Choices
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. The public website will keep working. The application will not be able to keep you signed in, because the session cookie is how it knows who you are.
6Changes
If we ever add a cookie that is not described here, this notice changes first and the date at the top changes with it.
