Accessibility statement

The standard we work to, what is in place, and what is honestly not yet right.

Web and Cloud Innovation Ltd wants the public website and the application to be usable by everybody who needs them, including people who use a screen reader, who navigate by keyboard, who enlarge text, or who cannot see colour differences.

1The Standard

We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We do not claim full conformance; we claim the things below, and we list what we know is not yet right.

2What Is In Place

Every page works with a keyboard alone, in a sensible order, with a visible focus. Colour is never the only way a state is shown: an overdue invoice is marked by a word, not only by red. Text can be enlarged to two hundred percent without content being cut off. Images that carry meaning have a text description; decorative ones are hidden from assistive technology. Animations stop for anybody whose system asks for reduced motion. Forms name every field, and an error says what went wrong beside the field it concerns.

3What Is Not Yet Right

Some of the older ledgers in the application are wide tables that are hard to read on a small screen with a screen reader. Signed documents are produced as PDF, and the PDFs are not yet tagged for structure. The date pickers rely on the browser's own control, which varies in quality between browsers.

4Tell Us

If something on the website or in the application is hard for you to use, write to legal@premises.ph and tell us what you were trying to do. A person reads every message, and a fix for an accessibility problem is treated the same as a fix for any other fault.
