Send us the spreadsheet, the property list and last year’s ledger. We load your doors, your tenants, their balances, their lease dates and their deposits — and your estate is standing before you log in for the first time.
Free on every plan, up to fifty properties. One load. No card, and nothing to sign.
Wherever you are coming from
The thing that stops people moving is never the software. It is the afternoon they think they will lose to typing, and the fear of losing what they already know.
The commonest one, and the easiest. Send the file as it is — ragged columns, three tabs, notes in the margin. We read it, we ask about what we cannot, and the arithmetic stops being yours.
Nothing to send but the property list. The logbook starts fresh on the day you open — and from that day it is a record nothing edits, with pages you can have stamped when somebody official asks.
Export theirs — any CSV will do — and send it. You keep your history, and on the day you leave us the same button gives it all back. Nobody should be able to hold your own books hostage.
What actually happens
Not a wizard you drive at midnight. A person on our side reads your file and loads it.

What you get
your estate, before your first login
Day 0
The spreadsheet, the property list and last year’s ledger. Email it, send it on Viber, or drop it on a support ticket — whichever you already use.
Day 2–5
Doors, tenants, balances, lease dates and deposits. We ask you about anything we cannot read rather than guessing at it.
Day 5
Your estate is already standing. Nothing to type, and the first invoice run is yours to press when you are ready.
The checklist
What we cannot read
We would rather ask you five questions than load five wrong numbers. These are the five, near enough every time.
Every one of those comes back to you as a question with our reading of it attached, so answering is a yes or a correction, never homework.
Free on every plan, up to fifty properties, loaded before your first login — and six months of everything switched on while you decide.
Monday to Saturday, 8am – 7pm Philippine time.
Write whenever suits you — a person answers, in your hours.
