What the platform does · Owner statements

The owner's statement, cash-honest to the day the money landed.

An owner who trusts the paper does not ring the office. The statement is built from what actually happened — money by the day it landed, spending against the property, and how the month ended.

A recording of the real platform — the same walk the shortstay page plays.

  • One keyed, read-only link per owner — no account, no password, nothing to manage — and tenants appear as initial and surname only, never a contact detail.
  • One statement PDF per month, cash-honest by the day money actually landed, ending in the disbursement record: DISBURSED, date, amount, reference — or "not yet disbursed", said plainly.
  • No invented fee lines: a month with nothing to say has no paper.

Who it is for

One kind of business carries this.

The same owner statements, dressed for each. Every card opens that business’s page, and its demo already has it running.
