Carries all twelve — every tick pinned by our own test suite to what the platform runs.
Open the live demonstration →DoorLoop is the friendliest of the American imports — quick to start, priced in flat USD tiers, built for US and Canadian rentals. Below, the twelve things a Philippine estate actually needs; every verdict on their side names its source and the day we checked it.
Every tick on our side is running code you can open in a live demonstration, today, without signing up.
At a glance
Premises carries all twelve in running code. DoorLoop carries none, 3 partly.

Premises vs DoorLoop, in full →Where it is decided
Twelve rows are below. These three are the ones an estate coming off DoorLoop feels in the first week.
▶ a still from the shortstay payouts filmMoney
A tenant in Cebu does not carry a Visa card. If the platform cannot take the way Filipinos pay, every payment is a phone call and a bank slip.
▶ a still from the apartments invoices filmMoney
Every peso that lands has to be receipted the BIR way, from the same book that raised it. A foreign platform has never heard of the EOPT.
▶ a still from the shortstay door filmMoney
A price you can plan on in the currency you collect in. No slice of the rent or the booking, no dollar tier that moves with the exchange rate.
The twelve, with sources
The same twelve rows for every kind of software. Where we could not verify a thing, the cell says so and wears no verdict.

Asked before switching
We did, on DoorLoop’s own public pages, on the date printed in each cell. Our deploy gate goes red when a date passes 90 days, so a claim is re-checked or it comes down. Seen otherwise? Tell us at /support and we will print it.
Yes. Premises reads any calendar that speaks iCal and answers with its own feed, exports every book as a spreadsheet, and nothing in it locks a door. Most estates retire the second tool within a quarter; nothing forces it.
Nothing, up to fifty properties, on every plan. You send the export and a person on our side loads it — doors, people, balances, dates — before your first login. Over fifty, or coming off software we have not seen, we scope it first and give you the date before you commit.
No card, no contract, every module open. On day 181 you choose month by month or the yearly term, or you export your books and leave with them.
