Arrange mode: reorder, hide and reset any page
A receptionist and an owner open the same My day and want different things first. Arrange lets each person put their page in their own order without anyone else noticing.
- Press Arrange, top right of any page that has it — My day, Housekeeping, Invoices, and more with each release.
- Drag sections by the handle into the order you read them in.
- Hide anything you never use. Hidden sections are not deleted and reappear with Reset.
- Done. Saved for you, on every device you sign in from.
- Reset returns the page to the default for your role.
Three layers
The business default — set by an admin for everyone; a building that never uses the calendar hides it here. The role default — what a receptionist sees first versus a manager; also set by an admin. Your own — whatever you drag. Your own wins; then role; then business. Reset removes only your layer.
What Arrange cannot do
Add a section from another page, change what a section shows, or reveal something your role cannot see — hiding and ordering are the whole feature. A hidden money section is still a money section; a receptionist who un-hides it still cannot see it. Layouts are validated against the registry of sections on save, so a crafted request cannot smuggle anything in.
Forms too
Admins can arrange the rows of the main forms — the client form, the unit form, the employment form — for the whole business: move the rows you fill first to the top, keep paired fields together, and leave rows the paper needs where the paper has them. Arranging forms.
