Your logo on invoices, logins and the bar

What to upload

Settings › Business › Logo. PNG with a transparent background is best; JPG and SVG work. Any size over about 400 pixels wide; the platform trims surrounding whitespace and makes the sizes it needs. A square mark and a wide lockup both work; a wide one is shown smaller in the bar.

Where it appears

• Sign-in pages — staff and portal — with your name hidden if the logo carries it.
• The top bar — trimmed, 38 pixels tall, beside the navigation.
• Invoice and statement PDFs — top left, with your legal name, address and TIN from the same settings page.
• The tenant portal — header and every PDF they download.
• Acknowledgement receipts and signed documents — leases, contracts, the evidence page.

Colour

Pick an accent colour on the same page; it is used for the active-page underline, the sign-in card's top edge and the invoice's rule lines. Everything else stays neutral on purpose — the platform's interface is the same for every business, which keeps it recognisable to staff who move between them.

When there is no logo

Your business name is shown in its place, in type. Nothing is ever blank and nothing ever shows Premises' own mark to your tenants — a white-label rule that holds regardless of plan.

Several places, several logos

A workspace with Harbour Ridge and Sunset Villas can give each place its own logo and payment details for invoices; the bar and sign-in use the business logo. Places › (place) › Branding.
