Page layouts per person and per role
Arrange lets each person order their own page. Admins can also set the starting point for everyone, and a different one per role, so a new receptionist's first My day is already the receptionist's My day.
Setting a business default
An admin opens any page, presses Arrange, arranges it, and chooses Save as business default instead of Done. Everyone who has not arranged that page themselves sees it from then on. A section hidden at business level is hidden for all roles that would otherwise see it — useful for a building with no gate or no short-stay units.
Setting a role default
Same, but Save as default for: Receptionist. The page as that role would see it is shown while you arrange, so you are not ordering sections the role cannot have. Set it once per role per page; most businesses do it for My day and leave the rest.
Resolution
Person's own → role default → business default → the platform's default. Each layer is complete for the page, not a diff, so a new section added in a release appears at the end of whichever layer applies, and a hidden section stays hidden only in the layer that hid it.
Pushing a change
Changing a role default does not touch people who have arranged their own page. To offer it to them, Suggest to everyone puts a one-line notice on their page — "a new default layout is available · try it · keep mine". Forcing it is possible (Reset everyone to default) and is logged, because it throws away people's choices.
