What the platform does · Books & BIR

Official receipts the way an examiner asks to see them.

Rent that is collected properly still has to be recorded properly. The register keeps your own OR series, refuses the shortcuts in plain words, and computes the 2307 quarter from the papers themselves.

A recording of the real platform — the same walk the apartments page plays.

  • One receipt per invoice, unique numbers in your own settable OR series, written only against paid paper — and the book only grows: no delete door, nothing renumbered.
  • VAT or non-VAT: your registration is stamped on each invoice when it is raised, so a mode flip changes papers raised after it and never re-renders the record.
  • The 2307 quarter: expected withholding computed from the quarter's own invoices per business tenant, received certificates sealed at rest, and the gap named "still to chase".

Who it is for

Four kinds of business carry this.

The same books & bir, dressed for each. Every card opens that business’s page, and its demo already has it running.
