Hotel management software, compared for the Philippines
Hotel software is the most crowded field in this guide, and the best of it is genuinely good. Here are ten real systems a Philippine hotelier will be offered, what each does best, what each costs in shape, and the one thing none of them carries: the peso paper trail.

What none of them does is the rest of a Philippine hotel: the OR for the walk-in, VAT the EOPT way, SSS for the housekeeper, and the owner’s one book where the hotel sits beside the apartments. Weigh both halves.
1. Cloudbeds
What it is. The strongest global name in independent-hotel software — PMS, channel manager with hundreds of OTA connections, booking engine and payments, sold worldwide including the Philippines. (Home: San Diego, US / global.)
Genuinely good at. The front desk and the channel manager are its home ground; a pure hotel or hostel with a big OTA mix is genuinely well served.
What a Philippine estate would miss. Hospitality only: no long-term ledger, no dues, no payroll of any kind, and the peso paper trail (OR, 2307) is not its concern.
The price shape. Quote-based USD, reported from about $15 a room a month with property minimums, plus payment fees. Facts checked 31 Aug 2026 against cloudbeds.com. We also keep a cell-by-cell sourced comparison of Premises and Cloudbeds.
2. Mews
What it is. A modern European hotel cloud — PMS, payments and an open marketplace of integrations, loved by design-forward independents and growing groups. (Home: Amsterdam / Prague, EU.)
Genuinely good at. The product design and the open API; if hotel software can be pleasant, this is the proof, and hostels with bed inventory are supported.
What a Philippine estate would miss. Hospitality only, EU/US-centred payments, quote-based pricing with a real base — and nothing Philippine in the paper.
The price shape. Quote-based; reported around $15–$30 a room with a monthly base. Facts checked 31 Aug 2026 against mews.com.
3. Little Hotelier
What it is. SiteMinder's small-property product — front desk, channel manager and booking engine for B&Bs, inns and guesthouses under about 30 rooms. (Home: Sydney, AU (SiteMinder).)
Genuinely good at. SiteMinder's channel network in a small-property wrapper at a small-property price; for a little inn that lives on OTAs it is a sensible first system.
What a Philippine estate would miss. A booking-fee percentage rides the entry price, the depth stops where a real estate begins, and there is no Philippine paper.
The price shape. From about $29 a month plus a percentage booking fee. Facts checked 31 Aug 2026 against littlehotelier.com.
4. RoomRaccoon
What it is. An all-in-one for independent hotels — PMS, channel manager, booking engine and payments with upsell automation, strong in Europe and South Africa. (Home: Breda, NL.)
Genuinely good at. The automation of upsells and housekeeping in one flat bundle; a small hotel gets a lot switched on from day one.
What a Philippine estate would miss. Europe-first payments and support, tiered USD/EUR pricing by room count, and none of the Philippine machinery.
The price shape. Tiered by room count; their page quotes on request. Facts checked 31 Aug 2026 against roomraccoon.com.
5. Sirvoy
What it is. A simple, cheap booking system for small properties — rooms or beds, a channel manager and a booking engine, at one of the lowest prices in the field. (Home: Ireland.)
Genuinely good at. The price and the simplicity; a guesthouse that wants bookings synced and nothing clever runs happily on it.
What a Philippine estate would miss. Simplicity is the ceiling too: light reporting, light operations, no local rails or paper.
The price shape. From about $15 a month. Facts checked 31 Aug 2026 against sirvoy.com.
6. eZee Absolute
What it is. An Indian hotel platform sold across Asia — PMS, channel manager, booking engine and a POS, at aggressive Asian-market prices. (Home: Surat, IN (Yanolja).)
Genuinely good at. Asian-market pricing and an Asia-facing sales and support operation; plenty of Philippine inns already run it.
What a Philippine estate would miss. The peso paper (OR, EOPT) is still not its concern, payroll is absent, and the product's breadth can feel like many modules rather than one platform.
The price shape. From about $45 a month. Facts checked 31 Aug 2026 against ezeeabsolute.com.
7. Hotelogix
What it is. A cloud hotel PMS from India — front desk, channel connections and multi-property management, priced low per room for Asian independents. (Home: Noida, IN.)
Genuinely good at. Multi-property management at a small price; a tiny chain gets one screen over three properties cheaply.
What a Philippine estate would miss. No Philippine money machinery, and the interface trades polish for price.
The price shape. Entry tiers from a few dollars a room a month. Facts checked 31 Aug 2026 against hotelogix.com.
8. WebRezPro
What it is. A veteran cloud PMS for independents — hotels, hostels and cabins, with bed-level inventory, solid accounting exports and two decades of service. (Home: Calgary, CA.)
Genuinely good at. Reliability and breadth of property types, hostel dorms included; it has quietly run thousands of small properties since 2003.
What a Philippine estate would miss. North American rails and hours; nothing Philippine in payments or paper.
The price shape. About $5–$10 a unit a month reported, with per-property minimums. Facts checked 31 Aug 2026 against webrezpro.com.
9. RMS Cloud
What it is. An Australian PMS with deep roots in parks, resorts and mixed-stay properties — long and short stays on one calendar, sold across APAC. (Home: Melbourne, AU.)
Genuinely good at. Mixed-stay heritage: parks and residences that take both a night and a season are its native shape.
What a Philippine estate would miss. Quote-based, APAC-corporate in feel, and the Philippine paper trail is still yours to carry outside it.
The price shape. Quote-based. Facts checked 31 Aug 2026 against rmscloud.com.
10. innRoad
What it is. A US small-hotel PMS — bookings, channels and a booking engine with straightforward per-property pricing for independent inns. (Home: New York, US.)
Genuinely good at. Honest small-property pricing and US-grade support for its market.
What a Philippine estate would miss. US-market product: payments, support hours and paper all face America.
The price shape. Small-property tiers reported under $100 a month. Facts checked 31 Aug 2026 against innroad.com.
And Premises, honestly
Premises runs the front desk with the night audit, the folio, housekeeping and the OR queue on the same login as the payroll and the owner’s book, with every channel’s calendar synced both ways over iCal and a 0%-fee booking door of your own. Said straight: a pure hotel that lives on many OTAs and wants certified two-way rate push today is honestly well served by Cloudbeds or Mews — that rail of ours rides a partnership that is still ahead. Premises vs Cloudbeds, sourced cell by cell, says exactly where the line sits.
