The three choices
Renew. From the client's page: new end date, new rent if any (from which month), and a new lease generated from the same template. The item clears. Let it run. Mark Will not renew with the expected move-out; the platform treats it as notice given. Month to month. Mark the tenancy as open-ended; the warning stops, rent continues, and either side's notice later sets the date.
What the tenant sees
A line on the portal home from day sixty, with your contact. If you renew, it changes to the new dates and the new lease arrives for signature. If notice is recorded, it shows the move-out date and, nearer the time, what to expect at inspection.
Why sixty
Thirty days is the common notice period; sixty gives you thirty to have the conversation before notice would be due. Change it in Settings › Clients if your leases say otherwise.
