Free, up to five doors
Up to five doors, Premises is free for as long as the Free plan is offered. If that ever changes, you hear at least 90 days before. It is not a trial with an end date. A door is anything that can be let or lived in: an apartment, a room, a property, a bed or a listing. Staff, tenants and owners are never counted, so people are free and unlimited on every plan. The Free plan holds nothing back except size and storage. Every section, every report, every paper and every channel is on from the first minute, and no card is ever asked for.
Above five doors
- Premium, ₱1,490 a month, up to 30 doors. A hotel counts up to 20 rooms, a bed space up to 40 beds, a short stay up to 20 listings, and an association up to 30 properties. Paid yearly it is ₱14,900: pay ten months, get twelve.
- The first six months are free on any estate, with no card until then. At the end you are asked once whether to carry on, and nothing is charged until you say yes.
- Enterprise, from ₱4,900 a month, above that: hotels, managing agents and chains under one flag. It is a conversation, not a form.
The price counts doors, not kinds. A hotel with long lets upstairs is one estate and one bill. The price page shows every figure in your own currency, and so does this page when you pick one in the bar.
What the price will never be
- A percentage of your rent. Not at any volume and not on any channel, including bookings through your own door. The money goes from your tenant to your bank and never passes through us.
- Selling your data. It sits in a database only your workspace can open. Nobody analyses it, aggregates it or sells it. One database per customer explains the mechanics.
- Ads. Not in your workspace, not in your tenants' portal, not on invoices.
- Holding your records hostage. You can export everything you own at any time, on any plan, in formats a spreadsheet opens.
Prices exclude VAT and other taxes, added where the law requires.
