Is Premises really free?

Yes, for early users: every feature, every module, no card on file, no time limit announced in advance. Pricing will be introduced with notice, and early users keep a free tier.

Will you sell my data or show ads?

No. Your data is in your own database and is never sold, shared or used to target anything. There are no ads in the product.

What happens when pricing starts?

You will be told at least sixty days ahead. A free tier will remain for small estates. Larger businesses will pay a flat monthly price set for their size, not per unit.

What free means today

Every module, every feature, every role. Unlimited units, unlimited staff, unlimited tenants on the portal. Your own database and your own address. No card on file, no "trial ends in 14 days" banner, no feature held hostage behind an upgrade button. Early users are helping us find what a Philippine building needs; the platform is the payment for that.

What free will never mean

Selling your data. It sits in a database only your workspace can open. Nobody analyses it, aggregates it or sells it. One database per customer explains the mechanics.
Ads. Not in your workspace, not in your tenants' portal, not on invoices.
Holding your records hostage. You can export everything you own at any time, free or paid, and the export is in formats a spreadsheet opens.

What comes later
