White-label: running Premises under your own name for your own clients

If you manage buildings for other owners, the software is part of your service — and your service should carry your name.

By the end of this pageYou will know what white-label changes, what it does not, and how it fits with running several owners' properties.

Your logo, your colours, your domain. The tenant never meets the word Premises.

What changes

  • Name and logo everywhere a tenant or owner looks: the sign-in page, the top bar, invoices, emails, the portal.
  • Colours. Your brand colour replaces ours on buttons, links and highlights.
  • Domain. portal.yourcompany.ph instead of yourcompany.premises.ph. You point a DNS record at us; we handle the certificate.
  • The footer. "Powered by Premises" becomes your copyright line.

What does not change

The platform. Every feature, every page, every update, on the same schedule as everyone else. White-label is a coat of paint on the same building, which is the point: your clients get software that is maintained by people who do nothing else, and they see your name on it.

With several owners

Each owner can have their own workspace — own database, own address under your domain — with your staff invited into each. Or all owners can be places in one workspace with per-place reporting and per-place staff scope. White-label applies either way. The first keeps owners entirely apart, which some owners insist on; the second gives your office one screen. From one building to a portfolio compares them.

Availability. White-label is offered to property-management businesses on request while pricing is being finalised. It will be a paid tier when pricing arrives; early users who take it on will be told the price before it applies.
