Repeating invoices: set the schedule once, let the month run itself
Rent is the same amount on the same day every month. Typing it twelve times a year per tenant is how spreadsheets win. A repeating invoice is set once and then happens.

A client, a list of lines (description and amount), the day of the month to raise, the number of days until due, a start month and an optional end. Rent is the first line; anything fixed — dues, parking, a flat water charge — can be added. Variable charges such as metered water are not lines on the schedule; they are added to the month's invoice when you have the reading, or the invoice is held as a draft until then.
Changing one
Money › Repeating, pick the schedule, edit. Changes take effect from the next raising day; invoices already raised are not touched. A rent increase from a renewal is applied from the month you choose. To change the day for everyone — say from the 1st to the 25th of the previous month — use Bulk edit and it asks you once.
Pausing and stopping
Pause for a month a tenant has prepaid or a unit under repair; the schedule skips that month and resumes. End by setting the end date, which a recorded move-out does for you. A paused or ended schedule keeps its history.
Review first, or fully automatic
In Settings › Business › Invoicing choose whether the nightly run sends invoices or drafts them for you to review and send from one list. Start with drafts. After two clean months, switch.
