Try it first: what the demo workspace is, what's in it, and how it resets

The demo is the platform, not a film of it. You get an imaginary building with real data and every button switched on, and you can do as much damage as you like.

By the end of this pageYou will know what is in the demo, what it will not let you do, and why nothing you type in it survives.

What is in it

Harbour Ridge Residences: one building, 48 units over six floors, 38 of them let. Tenants with names and phone numbers that do not exist, invoices for the last month in every state — paid, sent, overdue, draft — a housekeeping rota with two cleaners, a stocked storeroom, a few open support tickets and a gate log for this morning. It is the same data we use to test the platform, which is why it is unreasonably complete.

What you can do

Everything a real owner can. Sign in as the admin, or use View as to see the building through a receptionist's or a cleaner's eyes. Raise invoices, void them, move a tenant out, rearrange My day, change the logo. Break things. It is your copy.

What it will not do

  • Upload files. Every upload button is present and every one politely declines — the demo will not become anyone's file host.
  • Send anything real. Emails and WhatsApp messages show you what would have gone out, and stop there.
  • Read IDs with AI. The extraction feature is switched off in the demo; in your own workspace it uses your own key.
  • Remember you. After six hours your copy is put away; a very large copy is put away sooner. There is no account, so there is nothing to close.
Why a private copy per visitor? Because a shared demo is either locked down until it is boring, or full of whatever the last visitor typed. A copy of your own is the only way to let you press every button.

From the demo to your own

Nothing carries over, on purpose. When the demo has answered your questions, create a workspace — and if you want Harbour Ridge's layout as a starting point, the estate chooser will tell you it is a stacked building.
