Announcements to every tenant at once

The water will be off on Thursday. Every tenant needs to know, you need to be able to prove they were told, and you do not want to type it thirty times.

By the end of this pageYou will be able to send an announcement to the right people by the right channels, see who has read it, and find it later.
On this pageWhat tenants seeThe record
  1. Write it. Notices › New: a title, the text, optionally an attachment (the water utility's advisory, the assembly agenda) and a date it concerns. Templates for the common ones: utility interruption, maintenance work, rule reminder, assembly notice, payment reminder for everyone, holiday schedule.
  2. Who. Everyone; a place; a floor, street or phase; short-stay units only; homeowners only; one unit. Staff can be included.
  3. Channels. Portal (always). WhatsApp and email as you choose; the hand-off mode opens a broadcast list on your phone, the Business API sends directly. A printable version for the notice board and doors.
  4. Send or schedule. Now, or at a time — the 8am reminder the day before.
  5. Read. The notice shows who has opened it on the portal, and delivery status per channel. A "not yet read" list for anything important, so the guard or the cleaner can mention it in person.

What tenants see

A notice on the portal home until its date passes, and in Notices after. WhatsApp and email carry the text and a link. Tenants cannot reply to a notice — replies go to a ticket or a call — which keeps an announcement from becoming a thread of thirty "noted".

The record

Every notice with its audience, channels, send time and read list, forever. When a tenant says they were never told about the rule, the notice, the delivery and the read time are one click away.

Associations use this for assembly notices with the required lead time, and the read list doubles as proof of service. Attach the agenda and the proxy form; the platform counts opens, not quorum.
