The tenant portal: balance, invoices, agreements, support — in one place
Most messages a landlord gets are questions the tenant could answer themselves if the information were somewhere. The portal is that somewhere: eight pages, nothing to install, their own login.

Home — the balance, due date, and the tiles below. Invoices — all of them, with PDFs and payment status. Lease — the signed document and addenda; sign new ones here. Deposits — what is held and, at move-out, the return statement. Support — report, track, confirm. Gate — arrivals and pre-approvals. My details — what is held, and a correction request. Account — password, two-factor, notification choices, sign out.
What a tenant can do
Read everything about their own tenancy. Pay (by QR now, by link when live). Sign a lease or addendum. Report an issue and confirm a fix. Pre-approve a guest. Ask for a correction. Download their own documents. That is the complete list.
What a tenant cannot do
See any other unit or person. Change a record directly. Reach a staff page — the portal is a separate door with its own session; a staff URL shows the portal sign-in. Message you in a chat — there is none; tickets carry what needs carrying.
Co-tenants and companies
A co-tenant gets their own login to the same tenancy. A company's contact person gets the login; invoices name the company.
After move-out
The portal stays readable for ninety days — invoices, the lease, the deposit statement — then closes. A tenant who returns to a different unit later gets a fresh invitation to the same account.
